From this week, we expect engineering to be complete by Thursday 13th, with reinstatement works finishing on Friday. All site materials and equipment will be removed by Saturday, after which all parking will be fully available again.

Our team has been working tirelessly to complete this project as safely and efficiently as possible.
Unfortunately, this job has presented a few unexpected challenges. The gas main was found to be 1.7 metres deep, which has meant that open-cut trenching is now required for over half of the replacement scheme on this road.
Despite the setbacks, the team has developed a new plan to keep things moving and now expects to complete all works — including reinstatement — within the next three weeks.
