SOE17632 – Kimberley Road, Croydon (Warwick Road and St Stephens Crescent)

Our closure location is currently situated on Warwick road junction with London Road.  We have also closed St Stephens Crescent to allow us to make the connection onto this road. On Monday 13th we will be closing Bridport Road junction with Warwick Road, again this is for connection work.  Whilst we have this closed SGN will be collaborating with us too.

Works have started on Warwick Road and under a closure we have both ends of the road closed due to safety issues to do with a car travelling too fast into the road.  This is now accessible via Wiltshire Road.

Works are due to begin again on Warwick Road WC 22.09.25, this will be completed under a road closure.

The team will start on Wiltshire Road when they return to this project on 28/08/2025.

We have now starting investigating Kimberley road and Bert Road.

The team are progressing well on Kynaston Avenue and we are now working between Pitt road and Bert Road.

The team are progressing well on Kynaston Road and look to have this completed next week, after this is completed we will work our way down Kynaston Avenue.

Team are progressing well on Pitt Road, we will then move onto Kynaston Road with a road closure week commencing 30/06/2025.

Our team have small sections to finish off in Melrose Avenue, Kilmartin Avenue and Ardfern Avnue, WC 09/06/2025 we will move onto Pawsons Road with a road closure.

Our WCB Utilities team have now move the closure to Kilmartin Avenue at the junction of Ardfern Avenue, team are progressing well. We look to be complete WC 02/06/2025 where we will then start in Pawsons Road with a road closure.

Works have been completed on Melrose Avenue and we have moved into Ederline Avenue where we will work on the abandonment of the gas main between London Road and Dunbar Avenue.

Our WCB Utilities team are continuing to replace the main along Melrose Avenue and aim to have this completed w/c 28.04.2025. We will then move into Killmartin Avenue and complete the final section of Ardfern Avenue.

We are currently working in Melrose Avenue, works are completed in Dalmeny Avenue.

W/C 14/04/2025 we will be working in Ardfern Avenue at the junction of Melrose Avenue.

We are due to start in Dalmeny Avenue, Norbury at the junction of Melrose Avenue this will be completed under a closure, we have had pressure issues here but this was due to a governor being at the wrong pressures.
