Our WCB Utilities project at Burnt Oak Lane is now complete.

Our Team have now got to Burnt Oak Lane from the junction of Rose Burford College to the junction of Chatsworth Avenue. We will be completing here before the summer holidays have finished.
Update: 15.08.2024
Our team have completed the renewal of the gas mains on Marlborough Park Road and have now started works on Burnt Oak Lane. They are on target to get these works completed in the summer holiday period.

Our team have already completed 250m of this replacement scheme and will continue to finish the replacement on Marlborough Park Road and then moving into Burnt Oak Lane.
Update: 05.07.2024
We are replacing approx. 1200m of metallic gas main with polyethylene pipe using an insertion technique for the full length of Marlborough Park Avenue.
To complete this gas mains replacement, we will be closing Marlborough Park Avenue starting from Rutland Avenue and working towards Burnt Oak Lane, this will be closed in phases with the side road junctions to reduce restrictions on residents.
There is a main on Burnt Oak Lane from Halfway Street to Chatsworth Avenue that will be replaced in phases. One phase will be from Marlborough Park Avenue to Halfway Street and the second phase will be from Marlborough Park Avenue to Chatsworth Avenue.
