Over the past couple of weeks, the team has been working in Hall Road to complete all engineering works. These works are now complete, with the exception of the final connection onto Park Hill Road, which is scheduled to be completed on 7 April 2026.
We aim to have Hall Road fully reopened by the end of that week, which will conclude all works in Hall Road, Hawthorn Road, and Heathdene Road.
We would like to thank residents and road users for their patience and cooperation in allowing us to complete these works over the past few weeks.

Over the past two weeks, the team has been working in Hawthorn Road and Heathdene Road. All engineering works in this section have now been completed; however, reinstatement works are still outstanding.
Once reinstatement is finished, the road closures currently in place will be removed.
From 17th, the team will move into Hall Road, where works are expected to continue for approximately two weeks. As part of this phase, the team will also need to complete a connection on Park Hill Road.
These works will complete our activities in this area for the time being. However, the team will need to return at a later date to complete several remaining roads. Residents will be notified in advance before we return to carry out these works.

Team 1 have finished on Woodcote Avenue and have left the project, we will return at a later date to complete the rest of this project.
Team 2 have finished the works on Heathdene Road and Hawthorn Road, we have some reinstatement to sort on Heathdene Road but we are looking to complete this by Friday.

Team 1 are making steady progress in Woodcote Avenue, we have encountered some riser work that needs to be investigated further. The team will then move into Hall Road and Heathdene Road.
Team 2 are currently working on Hawthorn Road, we will need to close Heathdene and Hawthorn at the same time, a diversion will be in place for both and access will be maintained as usual

Team 1 have completed Dower Avenue and they are making steady progress in Woodcote Avenue, we have encountered some riser work that needs to be investigated further. The team will then move into Hall Road and Heathdene Road.
Team 2 have completed Boundary Road, this week Heathdene Road between Boundary Road and Park Hill Road will be completed and the team will finish in Hawthorn Road between Boundary Road to Park Hill Road.

Team 2- W/C 21.04.25 the team will return from Easter time critical works to Heathdene road.
