Over the past few weeks, the team has been carrying out works on Great Woodcote Park, progressing from the junction with Church Road to the junction with Woodcote Drive.
This week, the team will complete the final engineering works on Great Woodcote Park before moving onto Woodcote Drive, where works are expected to take approximately one week.
From Monday 13 July, Great Woodcote Park will reopen to traffic. At the same time, Woodcote Drive will be closed, including the junctions with Green Lane and Peaks Hill, to allow the next phase of works to be carried out safely.
Following completion of works on Woodcote Drive, the team will move to Green Lane for approximately one week before progressing to Peaks Hill during the summer holiday period, with works scheduled to commence on 27 July.

Last week, we completed all gas mains replacement works in Church Hill and Church Road. This week, our reinstatement team has been on site restoring the affected areas and returning them to their original condition. Once these reinstatement works are complete, the road closure will be removed.
Our engineering team has now moved into Great Woodcote Park. Over the coming weeks, they will be replacing approximately 300 metres of gas main, working from Foresters Drive towards The Ridge. The team will continue progressing along this route as the mains replacement work advances.

Last week, saw all our reinstatement completed on Church Hill, the site has been moved up to the junction of Church Road to set up ready for works to re-commence on Monday 8th in which the team will look to complete around 300m in one week.
Once this road is complete the team will then move into Great Woodcote Avenue for a few weeks under a road closure.
We appreciate residents working with us to get these essential works completed.

Beginning next week, works will commence on Church Hill and Church Road and are expected to continue for approximately three weeks. Residents will be notified in advance when access to properties is required.
To safely complete these works, a road closure will be in place and will move progressively along the route as works advance.

Over the past few weeks, the team has been progressing along Foresters Drive under multi-way traffic lights. During this time, the team has successfully completed approximately 800 metres of mains replacement in just four weeks.
Reinstatement works will now follow, after which the temporary traffic lights will be removed.
The team will then return to the area to begin works on Church Hill and Church Road under road closures, starting approximately from the weeks commencing 11th and 18th May.
These works are expected to continue for around four weeks.
