SOE12647 – Scotby Avenue, Chatham (Lordswood Lane)

The closure location has been moved to the other side of the roundabout at the junction of Lordswood Lane.
We have open cut into Kingston Crescent and are looking to be engineering complete week commencing 20th October. 

Update: 23.09.2025

Works are progressing well and we have open cut all the way to Kingston Crescent.  We are looking to open the roundabout section of Lordswood Lane Saturday 27th, this should help improve the traffic in the area.  We will continue to work our way into Kingston Crescent where this project will finish.

Update: 10.09.2025

Works have started at the above location.  We are open cutting from Scotby Avenue to Kingston Crescent and we have completed the first 80m.
The road closure is situated at the junction of Scotby Avenue.
