SOE14332 – Westhumble Street, Dorking (Pilgirms Way, Camilla Drive, Westhumble Street)

Over the past few weeks, the team has completed all essential gas mains replacement works in Pilgrims Way. Reinstatement is now nearly complete, and the road will soon be fully cleared of all site equipment and traffic management.

This week and next week, the team will be working across Westhumble Street and Camilla Drive, replacing approximately 250 metres of main.

The team is aiming to complete all engineering works by the week commencing 4 May, after which works in this area will be finished.

We may need to return to the area at a later date, potentially under a road closure on the main road, to complete the final connections to the new mains that have been installed. No dates are planned for this at present, and all affected residents will be notified in advance when these works are scheduled.
