The engineering works at Fairlawns have been completed. Works have now commenced at The Grove, which is subject to a road closure.

Upon completion, works will proceed to Rosemary Lane, which we are due to implement the closure on Rosemary Lane on Monday 02/02/2026.

Works have resumed on Fairlawns and are expected to remain in place for approximately 2–3 weeks.

Once completed, works will move onto The Grove, where they will be carried out under a full road closure.

Limes Avenue is now complete from an engineering perspective. Over the next few days, we will be clearing the site ahead of the Christmas shutdown. Works will resume week commencing 5th January on Fairlawns.

The works on Limes Avenue have commenced under a full road closure at the junction with Balcombe Road. These arrangements are expected to remain in place for an estimated duration of 3–4 weeks.
We are due to start works in Fairlawns during the week commencing 15th December. We will be working outside properties numbered 50–45. These works will remain in place until our Christmas shutdown.

We will return on 5th January to continue the works

The works on Limes Avenue have commenced under a full road closure at the junction with Balcombe Road. These arrangements are expected to remain in place for an estimated duration of 3–4 weeks.

Please be advised that works are due to commence on Limes Avenue under a full road closure starting on 17th November. The works are expected to last for approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
